How to play Fruit Merge

  1. Choose where to drop the next fruit using the aim control or the play area, then drop it into the basket.
  2. Two touching fruits of the same kind merge into one larger fruit. Each successful merge adds points. The largest fruit stays on the board and does not merge again.
  3. Give the fruit room to settle and watch the overflow line. After a new fruit has had 1.25 seconds to fall, any fruit staying above the line for 2 continuous seconds ends the round. Wait at least 0.45 seconds between drops; blocked drop spots stay empty.
  4. Try to beat your best score. New game starts a fresh basket; your personal best is kept in this browser.

Controls

Move the Aim slider and press Drop fruit, or tap the basket to drop at that position. Drag to aim and release to drop. With the basket focused, Left/Right aims and Space or Enter drops. Pause freezes the game; returning from another tab requires Resume.

A few good moves

  • Keep similar fruits close so they can meet.
  • Leave space for the larger fruit a merge will create.
  • Check the next fruit before choosing where to drop.

Fruit Merge saves the current basket and personal best in this browser. Refresh restores an active round paused; press Resume game to continue. A new game clears the basket but keeps the best score.
